Carleton Gibson graduated with University Honors from the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Concentration in Finance). He began his post-college professional career in 2016 as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he advised public and private companies across various industries on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and divestitures. From 2018 to 2021, Mr. Gibson worked at Tinicum Incorporated where he joined as an Investment Associate. Beginning in January 2022, Carleton transitioned to full time at Camini where he is a Co-Founder and Portfolio Manager.

David Rex attended The Pennsylvania State University where he graduated with a degree in Finance and a minor in International Business from the Smeal College of Business in 2016. He also graduated with a Masters in Accounting from the Smeal College of Business in 2017. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). David started full time at Ernst & Young (EY) in 2017 and was employed as a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Assurance and Valuation, Modeling, and Economics Groups through 2021. Beginning in January 2022, David transitioned to full time at Camini where he is a Co-Founder and Portfolio Manager.
